The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Charles Wamsley can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence From: Margaret Arnold
Condolence: It is with great sadness that I read of Chuck's passing. He was teaching at Gorman all the while that I was the school secretary.
He was not only a wonderful teacher for our special children, he was a good man to know. He could make a grey day seem sunny with his sense of humor and his consideration. I've thought of him often since my retirement in 1992 and hoped the best for him. You all have my deepest sympathy and my prayers that good memories and pride will help you through this sad time. I am so sorry I can't be there
tonight.

Condolence: Mr. Wamsley was my art teacher at Hickorydale. On Monday, I spent the day with my grandchildren and we tie-dyed T-shirts. I told them that my Art teacher, Mr. Wamsley taught me how to do this many years ago. His legacy lives on in his students and as we teach our children and grandchildren what he taught us many years ago. To the family of Mr. Wamsley- you are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Condolence: I send my condolences in the death of your loved one. There may be no words to truly express sympathy for your grief. I pray that you will take some comfort in the real hope that the Bible gives of being reunited again with your loved one. (2 Corinthians 1:2-4)

In the Bible at John 5:28, 29 it reads, "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". Yes, the Bible promises that your loved one will come back to life again in the resurrection. (Acts 24:15)
According to the Bible, soon death will be no more. (Revelation 21:3, 4)

Sincerely,

Sandy Ellis
