DIAMOND, Nancy Louise, age 91 of Xenia, passed away Friday, July 13, 2018. She was born April 15, 1927 in Clifton Forge, Virginia to the late Earl Lemon and Bessie Lemon. She retired from the Dayton Power and Light Company and was an avid sports fan, following the University of Dayton Basketball and every sport or activity her grandchildren participated in. She is survived by daughters, Susan (John) Faulkner, Debbie (Nick) Kriss; sister-in-law Gwen Tonne,; brother-in-law, Gary Chapman; grandchildren, Ryan Faulkner, Reade (Jaime) Faulkner, Jonathan (Kinsey) Faulkner, Tara (Miles) Forman, Emily Kriss, Joseph (Natalie) Kriss, and Alex (Ashley) Kriss; Great-Grandchildren, Lauren Faulkner, Jackson Faulkner, Chloe Forman, Mick Forman, Hamilton Forman, Henry Faulkner, Della Faulkner, Gavin Kriss, Elliana Kriss and Camdyn Kriss. She was proceeded in death by her husband of 68 years, William Diamond, Great-Grand Daughter Ella Rose Kriss, Brothers Earl and Harry Lemon and Sister Mary Francis Droege. The family will receive friends Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at 10:00 a.m., with a Celebration of Life Service to follow at 11:00 a.m at Faith Community Methodist Church, 100 Country Club Drive, Xenia, Ohio 45385, by Pastor Barbara Schnecker. A private burial service will be held at Woodland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Dayton or the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation of Southwest Ohio.
