Obituary for Norbert Moeder
MOEDER, Norbert age 92 of Dayton, passed away Wednesday July 11, 2018. Norbert is preceded in death by his loving wife, Roberta J; son-in-law Richard Christensen; siblings Mary, Rita, Sister Mary Julian, Charles, Victor and Marcella. He is survived by 6 daughters, Margaret Petkoff, Kathleen Christensen, Jane (Ron) Higginbotham, Mary (Gary) Garman, Theresa (Howard) York, Jennifer (Mark) Ferguson; 2 sons, Robert (Margo) Moeder and James Moeder; 18 grandchildren, Kelly (Wes) White, Nicholas (Megan) Higginbotham, Bethany (Claudio) Petkoff, Drew Petkoff, Chistopher (Cara) Christenson, Kyle (Megan) Moeder, Shane Moeder, Chad (Kristen) Garman, Courtney (Mitchel) Bain, Blake Garman, Tyler York, Morgen (Ben) Pearson, Sarah York, Steven Ferguson, Jeffery Ferguson, Erica (Matt) Vanover, Ethan (Natisha) Moeder and Alana Moeder; 14 great-grandchildren; also survived by 5 siblings Richard, Jerry, Lee, Ruth, RoseAnn; in-laws Henry and Bernadette along with many other loving family members and friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10AM Tuesday July 17, 2018 at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church, 22 Notre Dame Ave., Dayton OH 45404. Interment Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive visitors 4-7PM Monday July 16, 2018 at Baker-Hazel & Snider Funeral Home 5555 Philadelphia Dr. at N. Main St. Dayton OH 45415. The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff at Stone Springs Nursing Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association or Our Lady of the Rosary Church Choir. Online memories and condolences may be left for the family at www.bakerhazelsnider.com
