Obituary for Kenneth Van "Tex" Hogan

HOGAN, Kenneth Van “Tex”, age 69, of Dayton passed away peacefully at his home, Wednesday, May 30, 2018 following a courageous 5 year battle with colon cancer. He was preceded in death by his father, Harold and mother, Francis Langham; and sister Katherine LeCompte. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Paula; daughter, Heidi (Kent) Fosberg; son, Andrew (Amber) Hogan; grandchildren, Bradley Macher, Gage Fosberg, Jetta Fosberg, Christopher Hogan, and Allison Hogan, and a host of other relatives and friends. He was a veteran of the US Army during the Vietnam era where he served in Korea. Kenneth was the owner and operator of Home Handyman. The family wishes to thank the Dayton VA and Vitas Hospice for all the special care and support. A gathering will be Wednesday, June 6, 2018 from 4-7pm at Baker-Hazel & Snider funeral home, 5555 Philadelphia Dr. Dayton, OH 45415. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Vitas Hospice.
