Saddened to hear about the recent passing of "Miss Russell". One of my favorite teachers at Vandalia Butler. She dedicated her career to teaching students and truly cared about their success and well being. Whenever we ran into each other after graduation, she always remembered her special visits by myself and Kathy (Suiters) Key for Valentines Day, Thanksgiving etc. We dressed up and visited her classroom to deliver special treats. She will be greatly missed - never forgotten.
