MOBLEY, James Roy age 49 of West Chester, OH died Tuesday, January 2, 2018. He is survived by 2 children Nick Mobley of FL, Mary (Zachary) Boston of Arcanum, granddaughter Sylvia, his father Jim (Barb) Mobley of Vandalia, sister Debbie (Dave) Jensen of Raleigh, NC. Preceded in death by his mother Eleanor Mobley. Memorial Services 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 6th at Baker-Hazel & Snider Funeral Home 5555 Philadelphia Dr. at N. Main St. by Pastor Mel Musser.
