Obituary for Betty Little Miller (Clancy)

MILLER, Betty Little (Clancy), age 91 of Dayton passed away May 10, 2017. She was born on December 2, 1925 to the late Donald M. and Helen (Sims) Clancy.
Betty was an avid golfing member of Miami Valley Golf Club for 58 years, she was active in the Dayton community and Concord United Methodist Church. She enjoyed singing in local performances, supporting charitable organizations and school events, reading, watching her hummingbirds, and spending time with her family.
Betty is preceded in death by her husband of 42 years George E. Miller, sisters Florence Sneed and Jan Amos, and grandson Zachary Lawrence.
She was deeply loved by her family and is survived by her children; Donna (Victor) Lawrence, Deborah (Michael) Shirley, George Miller Jr, Jan (Mark) Ott, grandchildren; Victor Lawrence III, Joshua (Nicole) Lawrence, Michael Jr (Roxanne) Shirley, Matthew Shirley, Mark Shirley, Christopher Lawrence, Christin Miller, George Miller III, Lauren (Michael) Fox, Mitchell Ott, Kiley Ott, great-grandchildren; Vance Lawrence, Ella Miller, Braeden Shirley and many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Mass will be held 11AM Wednesday May 17, 2017 at St. Peter Catholic Church 6161 Chambersburg Rd, Dayton, OH 45424. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to The Hospice of Dayton in Betty’s memory. Online memories and condolences may be left for the family at www.bakerhazelsnider.com
