Reynolds, Glen R. Age 92 of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, August 16, 2016. He was born March 3, 1924 in Booneville, KY to the late Roy and Eva Reynolds. He is preceded in death by a sister Marie Moyers and brother Ralph Reynolds. He is survived by his wife of 69 years Irene, daughter Nancy (Jim) Thompson of Butler Twp., daughter Janie Reynolds and husband Bill Mellinger of Springboro, and son Roger of Vandalia, 4 grandchilden Michelle (Deron) Hayden, Heather Thompson, Justin (Erika) Reynolds and Jenna Reynolds, and very special friend Mark Miller and son Trevor, and numerous other family and friends. Our family wishes to add John and Sandy Roe two of the most dear friends for over 40 years from Australia. Their hearts are breaking along with ours. Your friendship has been just a light for our lives. Glen was a WWII Naval Veteran and was a member of the Covington Church of the Brethren. He was also member of the Masonic Blue Lodge, and Scottish Rite Valley of Dayton. He retired from the NCR Corporation. Funeral Services 12 noon Friday at Baker-Hazel & Snider Funeral Home 5555 Philadelphia Dr. at N. Main St. Interment Shiloh Park Cemetery. The familly will receive friends Friday from 10 a.m. until time of services. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Covington Church of the Brethren, Hospice of Dayton or the Humane Society in Glen's memory.
