The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of RYAN ORR can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Stacey Tighe
Condolence: Dear Dan, Betty, Ryan's wife, Mother and family,

I am so sorry to hear of your loss, and still in the prime of life. I only knew Ryan from brief comments from Dan when Ryan was very small, but I feel deeply for your loss. There are no words to convey the shock and sadness of such a loss to each of you, or how to help from afar. I hope you can find support and strength from each other to get though the days, weeks and months ahead until you can find your new "normal" without Ryan, while remembering and honoring his life. God bless you and may he rest is peace, diving whenever he wants!

Warm regards and sympathy,
Stacey

Condolence: Ryan had an adventurous spirit. Many times through our marriage he talked about all the places he wanted to travel and things he wanted to see and experience. Disney World was his home away from home. And the man should have been born a fish because of his love for the sea. He is best remembered for his humor. He knew how to get at you with his quick wit. It best shows in one of my favorite memories of him with our daughter. Laying in bed with him, then around 7 months pregnant with Kira, she starts kicking his butt which is up against me. He waits a moment then butts her back. This went on a while that night. But they still have that humor in common today. Though his spirit has ventured off to heaven, he is enjoying an adventure in God's arms that even he could've never dreamed of and I look forward to the day when he meets us all at heaven's gate and says "Man! Wait till you see this place! Let me show you around!"

Condolence: Dear Dan, Betty, Julia, and family, we were so sorry to learn of Ryan's passing. From viewing the video tribute, you have many wonderful and cherished memories that will comfort you, although they will never take Ryan's place. My wish for you in the coming days is that you find peace and comfort from your family and friends, even though some of us are not there with you, we are with you in love and spirit. Sending love and hugs to you. Jeannie and Jack

Condolence: While looking for a good photograph to share of Ryan, the best one I found—where he looked the happiest—was one of him with Kira at the Columbus Zoo. That should tell you the most important thing you should know about Ryan.
