Condolence From: Sharon (Imhof) Jennings
Condolence: Aunt Marion, Connie, and Cousins,
I was so shocked and saddened to hear of Jim's passing. He was such a sweet little boy and became a kind and compassionate man just like Uncle Jim! I remember babysitting for "Jimmy" when he was really little! I'm so glad I had the chance to spend some time with him again at our reunion. He and Connie warmly invited my girls and I to visit them in Dayton and I was looking forward to doing that at my 50th reunion from UD.
My deepest sympathy goes out to the Zulliger Clan. I won't be able to make the funeral but I send my love and prayers to all. Love, Sharon

Condolence: I am so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. I always looked forward to stopping by the office when I was in town to say hello. He would always asked me, "So how's life in the Big Apple?" and he would put aside what he was doing and lean against the wall outside his office for a chat. I remember growing up hearing of all his travels- the countries he had visited and the mountains he had climbed and just being mesmerized that someone I knew could do such a thing. He once returned from his travels with a few foreign coins to give me and I loved examining these strange bits of illustrated metal, studying all the markings and imagining the foreign places from where they came. I'd have to say, now that I think about it, that Jim literally put in my hand the curiosity and wonder, as a child, to explore the world and the belief that I too could do the same. Thank you Jim.

Condolence: After meeting Dr. Z almost 20 years ago he was the only oral surgeon I ever allowed to pull my teeth. He always believed in saving as many natural teeth as possible. He was a very kind and gentle person. I will always remember sitting in the chair and looking out the window at the courtyard with the tree, seeing all the birds and squirrels and nature that he loved so much, it always had a calming effect. I have always been terrified of dental work but he would explain to me what he was going to do and why, which helped alleviate my anxiety and fears. He was a truly wonderful person. He worked with many of our foster children and inspired the same trust and comfort in them as he did in me. I offer my prayers and condolences to his family and office staff. Heaven is a lot richer having another great adventurist now and earth is a lot poorer with his passing.
