Patricia Ann Budenz, age 65, died peacefully after a brief illness on Wednesday, November 14, 2018, at Hospice of Dayton with her loving children and companion at her side. Patricia was born in Buffalo, NY and was preceded in death by her parents Philip and Lottie LoTempio. Patricia is survived by a daughter Stephanie Budenz (Robert Giudice) of Hartland, WI, a son Nicholas Budenz (Spring) of Washington DC, two grandsons, Patrick and Gabriel Budenz, and her long-time companion, Warren Smith. Patricia is also survived by many loving friends and family members including her sister Phyllis Gronwall of Rochester, NY, cousin Diana Bell of Grand Island, NY, and Leo and Lisa Budenz of Moraine, OH. Patricia was an employee of the Dayton Public Schools for over 15 years and a former employee of the Miami Valley Golf Club. Patti may be best remembered for her artistic talent, generosity, incredible love of spending time with her grandchildren, her impeccable fashion sense, and for buzzing around town in her convertible. She was also known for her love of sun, sand, water, Old English Sheepdogs, and snow. Per her wishes, a private, family service will be held at a later date.
