IEZZI, Rudolph Thomas, “Rudy” age 91 of Huber Heights, died Sunday, November 18, 2018. He was born Jan. 26, 1927 in New York City, NY to the late Antonio and Angelina Iezzi. Preceded in death by his wife Laverna in 2008 and a son Robert. Survived by a niece Tammy Alvarado of Denver, CO, and her son Juanito. Rudy is also survived by his loving companion Mary M. Herbst and her daughter Janie Huffman, and her children Nicole (Ben) Hardin, Natalie Castle, Ryan Huffman, and 5 of Mary’s great grandchildren, and a dear friend Millie Haney. He retired from Monsanto and the University of Dayton. Services will be held 1 p.m. Monday, November 26th at Baker-Hazel & Snider Funeral Home 5555 Philadelphia Dr. at N. Main St. Interment Woodland Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 11 a.m. until time of services. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Ohio Hospice of Dayton or St. Judes Hospital in Rudy’s memory. Online condolences for the family may be sent to www.bakerhazelsnider.com.
