HOWELL, DELORES S. “DORIE” age 86 passed away Saturday, September 29, 2018. She was born on April 12, 1932 in Dayton to the late Earl and Laura Woolf. She attended Roosevelt High School. Dorie married Larry Supper in Dayton,OH, in 1951 and raised 3 children in Beavercreek until he passed away in 1984. She later married David Howell (Springfield, OH) in 2005 until his death in 2014. Dorie was a member of Mt. Zion Church (Beavercreek, OH) during her early years and recently attended London Church of Christ (London, OH). She was a member of the Kettering Senior Show Choir, attended Euchre clubs, events at the Milton club, as well as many other regular weekly activities. She is preceded in death by her husband’s Larry Supper & David Howell; parents and siblings Francis Meuser and Edith Miller. Dorie is survived by her loving children Marcy Aho of Greensboro, NC, Jandy (Scott) Markwood of Trinity, NC and Wes (Renee) Supper of Logan, OH; grandchildren and great-grandchildren Seth (Allie) Markwood with Ender, Auggie and Story of High Point, NC, Dayna (Nathan) Musgrove with Jensen, Gibson, Aria and Lida of Trinity, NC, Shyla Supper of Logan, OH; sister Norma (Gene) Snider of Dayton; brother Earl Woolf of Kettering, OH, a special family friend Joe Cosenza of Xenia, and she is also survived by many other family and friends. She never met a stranger and her goal in life was to make other people happy and sharing her love for her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Funeral Services and a Celebration of Dorie’s Life will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, Oct. 8th at Baker Hazel & Snider Funeral Home 5555 Philadelphia Dr. at N. Main St. Dayton OH 45415. The family will receive friends Sunday, Oct. 7th from 2 to 5 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment at Mt. Zion Shoup Cemetery.
