Obituary for Terri Pirtle

Terri  Pirtle
PIRTLE, Terri, age 61, passed away Sunday June 24, 2018 in Dayton. She was born in Louisville, Kentucky. She graduated from Iroquois High School in 1975 and went on to graduate from University of Louisville with a degree in English. She began her airline career with Piedmont/ US Airways, which brought her to Dayton, Ohio in the 80’s. Due to 9/11 she started her real estate career, which was her real passion to help people find their dream home. Terri had to retire 2 years ago, due to her long courageous battle with cancer. A special thank you to Dr. Beck and Dr. Suppiah and their staff, who treated us with love and compassion for the last 3 years.

Terri is survived by her loving partner of 30 years, Sandy Price; her mother Retha Pirtle; beloved dogs Murphy and Sunny; countless friends who were her extended family; numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.

She is preceded in death by her father George Pirtle; grandparents and Aunt Kay.

A Celebration of Life will be held 12PM Saturday June 30, 2018 at Shiloh Church 5300 Philadelphia Dr. Dayton OH 45415. The family will receive friends and visitors 5-8PM Friday June 29, 2018 at Baker-Hazel & Snider Funeral Home 5555 Philadelphia Dr. Dayton OH 45415. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to The Hospice of Dayton, Cancer Treatment Centers of America or Humane Society of Greater Dayton in Terri’s memory.
