Bob D.  Curtis
CURTIS, ROBERT “Bob” D., age 61 passed away Tuesday June 5, 2018. He was born July 19, 1956 to the late Kathryn and Thomas Curtis in Dayton. Bob was also preceded in death by his father-in-law Jerry Crawford. He graduated from Fairborn High School and ITT Technical Institute, where he later returned to teach. Bob was a mechanical engineer and worked in many tool shops in the area, including GM and Delphi. He was the owner of JB Hobby and Raceway. He was an avid RC car racer, golfer and model-car builder.

Bob is survived by his loving wife Leslie (Crawford) of 37 years; daughters Krista (Jared) Sabin and Stephanie (Charlie) Anderson; his precious granddaughter Reagan Elise Anderson; mother-in-law Doris Crawford; 2 sisters Carolyn Strumberger and Cindy (Steve) Suggs; brother Chris Curtis and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Memorial Service will be held 4:30PM Sunday June 10, 2018 at Baker-Hazel & Snider Funeral Home 5555 Philadelphia Dr. Dayton OH 45415. The family will receive visitors 3:30PM until time of service at the funeral home. Memorial Contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice in Bob’s memory.
