LEIGH, Jerry Windsor born September 29, 1937 in Dayton OH, passed away peacefully on April 5. He is survived by his wife, Sandy of Dayton; Sandi of Toledo, mother of son, Michael of New York City; daughter and son-in-law Debi and Tim Tyree of Maumee, OH; son and daughter-in-law Thomas and Katrina of Madison, OH; grandchildren, Jessica (Aaron) Buschmann, Nash and Cole Beeman; and brother David Leigh of Columbus, OH. Jerry devoted his career to education, serving the students of Dayton City Schools until his retirement in 1990. Jerry enjoyed spending time with his wife and family, traveling, and outdoors. His greatest passion was his life-long love of cars. Visitation will be Sunday, April 8th, 2018 from 4-7pm at Baker-Hazel & Snider Funeral Home, 5555 Philadelphia Dr. Dayton, OH 45415. Funeral Services will be 10am Monday, April 9, 2018 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Dayton Memorial Park cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
