Obituary for Nancy Allen

ALLEN, NANCY, age 70 passed away Friday March 30, 2018 in Vandalia. She was born on March 8, 1948 in Dayton, OH to the late James and Ruth Chittum. She graduated from St. Joseph High School and retired from Miami Valley Hospital. Nancy was a long-time member of St. Christopher parish and an avid horse and dog lover.

She is survived by her loving husband Charlie of 40 years; daughter Stephanie (Bryan) Cousino; son Ron (Cristen) Allen; 4 grandchildren Emily, Megan, Griffin and Leyton; sister Pat (Mac) McDivitt; sister-in-law Barbara Chittum and many other loving family members and friends.

Preceded in death by her brother Richard Chittum.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30AM Friday April 6, 2018 at St. Christopher’s Catholic Church 435 E National Rd. Vandalia Oh 45377 The visitation will be held 5-8PM Thursday April 5, 2018 at Baker Hazel & Snider Funeral Home 5555 Philadelphia Dr. Dayton OH 45415. Burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Christopher’s Catholic Church. Online memories and condolences may be left for the family at www.bakerhazelsnider.com
