The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Kathryn Spees can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: As I lived so far away from my mother (Eleanor Littman) I would call and talk to her in length once a week and she would ALWAYS mention Kay stopping by. How glad she was to, as she put it, "make a close and unexpected friendship in her old age" as she had given up driving at that point.

When I came down to stay for over a year with Mom I met had the opportunity to see why she was so loved. A more generous and caring soul I have never met. Thank you for the lovely memory, as I send my condolences to the whole family so blessed by her love.

Sincerely,
Michelle Merchant
