COOK, Jacqueline V. (Goins), of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, January 9, 2018. She worked at Melissa Bess Day Care, the Dayton Boys and Girls Club and retired from Choices in Community Living. Former member of Dixon United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by her father William P. McAdoo and mother Marguerite Peters, and brother Walter McAdoo. Survived by her husband Eugene T. Cook, daughter Karen Goins-Parker and her husband Eric Parker, 4 sons Kenneth (Christine) Goins, Marlon (Donna) Goins, Michael (Mary) Goins, Kevin Goins, grandchildren Brandi (Tresor) Kasende, Lauren (Michael) Peterson, Walter Goins, Rachel Goins, Kenya (Gary) Crosson, Ryan (Bre) Goins, Kellan Goins, Michael Goins-Bly, Donovan Goins, Brittani Goins, Joshua Harris, numerous great grandchildren, sister Sharon Rozier, 2 brothers Russell McAdoo, and Eric Peters, numerous nieces, nephews family and friends. The family will receive friends Sunday from 3 to 5 p.m. at Baker-Hazel & Snider Funeral Home 5555 Philadelphia Dr. at N. Main St. Memorial services 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
