Rachel Mary Brazie was the cherished mother of Kelsey Mary Wolf; Daughter of Sylvia Mary Brazie (Miles) and Lawrence Duane Brazie; Sister of Lawrence Miles Brazie (Karen), Vivienne Kay Noufer (Michael), Michael Steven Brazie (Tammy) and Stuart Charles Brazie (Donna); Aunt to Derek Miles Brazie, Collin Reed Brazie, Alexandra Lauren Brazie, Morgan Phillip Brazie, Lydia Margaret Brazie, Brittany Nicole Noufer, Mitchell Austin Noufer, Meghan Rachelle Brazie, Madalyn Tara Marie Brazie, and Jordan Harrison Brazie; family friend Kirk Wilson Stager; and a devoted friend to many.

Rachel, 46 years old, passed away Sunday, December 3rd, 2017 after a valiant struggle with cancer. Rachel was born in Cleveland on March 22, 1971 and was a longtime resident of Vandalia and New Carlisle, OH. Rachel was extremely active in the community through volunteer and charitable efforts involving Westminster Presbyterian Church, Chaminade Julienne Catholic High School, and substance abuse counseling. She was also a Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow.

Visitation with the family will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 9th at Westminster Presbyterian at 125 N Wilkinson St, Dayton, OH 45402. A Memorial Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Rachel’s name to the James Cancer Hospital at Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.
