OPPIE, Dorothy Of New Lebanon, age 91, passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2017. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Cecil Oppie Sr., children, James Oppie and Cecelia Fugate, her parents, Ralph and Ann Webb, sister, Nelda Barr, and brother, Ray Webb. Dorothy is survived by her children, Cecil Oppie Jr. (Wanda), Robert Oppie, Gary Oppie (Janet), Rodney Oppie (Peggy), and Stanley Oppie, son-in-law Rick Fugate (Lynn), and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
