Rodgers Thomas Eugene age 65 of Vandalia, died Tuesday, July 18, 2017. He was born February 5, 1952 to the late Charles N. & Arlene (Craig) Rodgers. He is survived by a 2 sisters Sandra and her husband Jim Morris and Lucy Adams and a host of other family and friends. Services 12 noon Friday at Baker-Hazel & Snider Funeral Home 5555 Philadelphia Dr. at N. Main St.
