Condolences

Condolence From: Lisa (Towe) Harlett
Condolence: I knew Scott as a young teen as his Dad and mine were acquainted. We watched the Downtown Dayton parade as my sister was in it, and Scott and I sat and talked while we all watched from an old hotel downtown. Even then, he was a kind, funny and good person, and I am not surprised to learn he became the same kind of man. I pray God's love, comfort and peace to his family and those who knew him.
