JUNK, Sr. Amy Marie, C.PP.S., age 74 of Trotwood, OH, passed away, November 20, 2016. Resurrection Liturgy will be held 10:30 AM Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at the Salem Heights Chapel, 4960 Salem Ave., Trotwood, OH 45416. Interment Salem Heights Cemetery. Visitation will be 9-10 AM Wednesday, November 23, 2016, followed by Sharing of Memories beginning at 10 AM at the Salem Heights Chapel. Arrangements by Baker-Hazel & Snider Funeral Home and Crematory.
