TADGE, Carolyn Knotts age 80 of Cincinnati, OH, passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2015. She was born July 3, 1935 in Urbana, OH, the daughter of the late Homer Sargent Knotts and Lillian Laura Knotts (nee McDonald). She was a 1953 graduate of Vandalia-Butler High School, and a 1954 graduate of Miami Jacobs Business College. Throughout her adult life, she was active in the International Childbirth Education Association and Breastfeeding Clinic. Survived by her husband Charles “Charlie” Tadge, 2 sons Erik R. (Lori) Tadge of Perry, OH, and Stephen D. (Judy) Tadge of Hillsborough, NC; 5 grandchildren Kevin Tadge, Megan Tadge, Kelly Tadge, Bryan Tadge and Kyle Winner. She was “Nana” to Dan Hartman. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday at Baker-Hazel & Snider Funeral Home 5555 Philadelphia Dr. at N. Main St. The family will receive friends Friday from 12 noon until time of services.
