Elbert Lee "Bert" Napier Jr.
NAPIER, Elbert "Bert" Lee, Jr., age 52 of Dayton, OH, passed away Monday, September 16, 2013. Bert was born December 21, 1960 in Hazard, KY, son of Wanda Lee (Blanton) and the late Elbert Napier, Sr.

Mr. Napier is survived by his sister, Patricia Smith; brother, Kerry Napier; many other loving family members and friends.

A gathering of Bert's family and friends will be held 6-7 PM Thursday, October 3, 2013 at Baker-Hazel & Snider Funeral Home & Crematory, 5555 Philadelphia Dr., at N. Main St., Dayton, OH 45415.
